14-day return requests

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Email deeprosemary@outlook.com with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request.

Return shipping costs

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For a confirmed product quality issue, DVJQSN is responsible for return shipping costs.

Before sending a return

Contact us first so we can review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send a return without contacting us. Keep the packaging and order information available while we help resolve your request.

Quality issues or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or differs from your order, email the order details and clear photos so we can review the issue and discuss the next steps.

Refunds

We will contact you after reviewing the return and confirming its outcome. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and posting times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
